My greatest passion is helping people reconnect with the wisdom already living within them.

As the founder of EDENOLOGY Holistic Wellness, I have devoted my life to exploring the interconnectedness of nutrition, recovery, holistic wellness, spirituality, and community. I believe true healing is not about fixing what is broken, it is about creating the conditions where the body, mind, and spirit can return to balance and remember their innate capacity for wellness.

My work is rooted in the philosophy of Earth, Seed, & Soul Medicine, honoring the many pathways that support whole-person healing. Through functional nutrition, peer recovery support, energy work, mindfulness, holistic education, and ceremonial wellness practices, I help individuals explore the deeper roots of physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalance while cultivating sustainable habits that nourish lifelong well-being.

One concept that has profoundly shaped my work is panema, an Indigenous understanding of trapped emotional and spiritual heaviness that can disconnect us from our vitality. Whether we are addressing nutrition, nervous system regulation, recovery, chronic stress, or spiritual well-being, my intention is to help people gently release what no longer serves them and reconnect with the vibrant life that has always existed within.

My own journey into holistic wellness began long before EDENOLOGY was created. As a young girl, I found myself captivated by books on nutrition, herbal medicine, natural healing, and the remarkable intelligence of the human body. Although life first led me into cosmetology and entrepreneurship through the opening of EDEN Salon & Barbershop, those years taught me that healing often begins through authentic conversation, trust, and human connection.

Years later, my personal recovery journey, combined with my family's health experiences and my son's diagnosis with Type 1 diabetes, became the catalyst that called me fully into this work. Those experiences deepened my commitment to studying Functional Nutrition, holistic healing, and recovery support, not simply as professions, but as a lifelong vocation of service.

Today, EDENOLOGY has grown into an integrative wellness community where nutrition, education, mindfulness, recovery support, and holistic practices come together to support the whole person. I believe some of life's greatest medicine is found in simple acts of nourishment: sharing a meal, connecting with nature, finding stillness, building healthy relationships, and being deeply witnessed by another human being.

It is an honor to walk alongside others as they uncover the root causes of imbalance, cultivate resilience, and discover their own unique path toward lasting wellness.

I believe healing begins the moment we remember that we are not separate, from ourselves, from one another, or from the natural world.

My work is rooted in the understanding that every person carries an innate capacity for healing. Rather than seeing myself as someone who provides the answers, I see my role as creating a space where curiosity, safety, and genuine connection allow those answers to emerge from within.

My path has led me through many modalities, from hairstyling and energy work to plant medicine education, Kambo facilitation, herbalism, and community wellness. While each has shaped me, they all point toward the same intention: helping people reconnect with themselves in meaningful and sustainable ways.

I am deeply inspired by the intelligence of nature and the resilience of the human spirit. Whether I'm guiding a ceremony, facilitating a class, leading an integration circle, or simply sharing a conversation, my hope is that each person leaves feeling a little more empowered, a little more grounded, and a little more connected to their own inner wisdom.

I believe healing doesn't belong to one practice, one philosophy, or one tradition. It lives in our relationships, with ourselves, our communities, and the living world around us.

HOLISTIC MEDICINE | YOGA | SOUND

My journey with plant medicine has been one of profound discovery, expanding my awareness and deepening my understanding of the world. Over the years, I have explored various plant medicines and studied the works of pioneers like Terrence McKenna and Tim Leary, as well as the teachings of Ram Dass and Alan Watts. I have also faced personal challenges with substance dependencies. After a period of sobriety and self-improvement through yoga and mindfulness, I reintroduced plant medicine with intention, starting with psilocybin to address deeper traumas.

In addition to my plant medicine work, I have developed a deep connection to music and yoga therapy, both of which I incorporate into plant medicine ceremonies. As a musician, I play live music to support the healing process during these ceremonies, creating a soundscape that complements the journey. I also incorporate holistic yoga practices, helping participants align their bodies, minds, and spirits for a more profound and integrative experience.

The legalization of plant medicine in Colorado further empowered my exploration, including my safe extraction of DMT after extensive research. Now, I am dedicated to helping others navigate and integrate their plant medicine experiences, ensuring they do so safely, mindfully, and meaningfully.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

LMT that specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, and injury rehab. I use a variety of techniques and tools, such as facilitated stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and IASTM to help achieve better range of motion, minimize pain, and prevent injury.

My goal for every session is to help you get one step closer to achieving your wellness goals and leave feeling restored. 

I am proud to be a part of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC Sports Medicine team. I have also worked with some Olympic athletes and pro marathon runners in the past. I love being a part of the athletes journey and keeping them in peak shape.

Outside of the office, I am a very active person. I love strength training, running, and hiking.

Jen’s path into holistic wellness was shaped by one of the most profound chapters of her life. For eight years, she walked beside her husband through his journey with cancer, learning the quiet strength of presence, compassion, and deep listening. His passing six years ago opened a deeper understanding of how the body, heart, and spirit move through change, and it became the foundation of her work today. At Edenology, Jen brings a grounded, intuitive approach to healing through modalities such as Reiki, singing bowl sound work, the ceremonial serving of Rapeh and Sananga as well as Kambo Peptide Therapy. She creates a steady, welcoming space where clients feel safe to reconnect with their own resilience and inner wisdom. People often find themselves trusting her quickly, drawn to her warm, approachable energy and the light, loving way she holds space. Jen carries a quiet joyfulness that softens even the heaviest moments, along with a subtle, soulful spark that gently reminds others of the light that still lives inside them. That realization ultimately led me to esthetics, where I found the perfect balance between self-care, human connection, and helping others feel confident in their own skin.

Sera (Seraphina) is an E-RYT 200+ yoga teacher, Usui Reiki II practitioner, astrologer, sound healing facilitator, and artist devoted to awakening and soul remembrance. Her work weaves together astrology, Reiki, sound healing, somatic healing, and intuitive celestial energy work, guiding others back to their inner authority, truth, and power.

Her journey into the healing arts was born through profound personal transformation and a near-death experience that reawakened her connection to the Divine. What began as a path of self-healing became a calling: to help others remember why their soul chose to be here and reclaim the power that has always lived within them.

Sera holds grounded yet mystical spaces for deep inner work and ceremony. In addition to her private sessions and group offerings, she facilitates women’s circles and immersive workshops designed to cultivate authentic connection and spiritual remembrance.

Jessica Langley is a Somatica® Institute trained sex and relationship coach, psychedelic mentor, and somatic sexologist based in Colorado Springs, CO. I am dedicated to liberating humans from toxic shame and helping people live more authentic lives. I believe that embodied pleasure is a birthright, and I can help you reclaim your sacred eroticism. I am queer and polyamorous, and through my personal journey I have learned to overcome anxious attachment style patterns, heal from childhood trauma, and embrace ecstatic self love. I offer my abilities as an empath to attune to others and stay connected to the body and emotions. I have developed a trauma informed system of sensual and playful practices to help you reclaim your right to pleasurable wholeness and deeper connection. Growing up in Arizona, Bianca developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of nature and the wisdom found in the natural world.

As a Kambo Peptide Therapy Practitioner, Bianca believes healing is not about becoming someone else, it’s about coming home to yourself. She supports people in releasing what no longer belongs to them, whether that’s physical toxins, emotional burdens, limiting beliefs, or energetic weight they’ve been carrying for years.
