My name is Andria Lynn, and I am on an incredible journey sharing the ancient wisdom of Food, Energy Work and Holistic modalities as Medicine. I offer holistic healing arts to address 'Panema' (emotional illness), restoring the body, mind & soul to its innate state of balance. My education and certifications include Functional Nutrition with Functional Nutrition Lab, Kambo Practitioner with Tribal Detox and I am Reiki Energy Sound certified. I am a Medicine Woman and work with various medicines from Cacao to Kambo, Rapé ceremonial tobacco, Sananga and many other holistic healing tools.

Since I was a young girl, I've always had an innate understanding of the connection between nutritional and spiritual healing. I would read the book Prescription for Nutritional Healing in the Chiropractics Office my mom worked at, captivated by all the beautiful knowledge. Flipping through books of herbs, healing foods, essential oils, natural supplements, chakra systems and crystal healing had me dreaming of studying Naturopathic Medicine.

Life took me on a different path for some time. I ended up going to Cosmetology School & opened a salon called EDEN. Being a hairdresser is wonderful but The Divine has a way of bringing you back to your roots and putting you on the path you were meant to be on. I never let go of that dream as a young girl ...

Over the years being behind the chair, health, nutrition & spirituality are a constant conversation with my guests. With years of my self taught foundation in holistic healing through books & research plus my own personal healing journey experience, I have gained the knowledge to offer support to the people in my life. In January 2020 my son Harlan was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I knew I had to find a way through holistic modalities & nutrition to help my son reach optimal health. This specific event was the catalyst that led me to finally getting "a proper education" in Functional Nutrition & live up to what I was called to do. 

Today I am thrilled to have EDENOLOGY as a space to Reframe Nutrition for clients as a Certified Functional Nutritional Coach with a focus on Holistic & Alternative healing modalities & medicines. My practice is my passion and bringing healing to your life with these tools will improve the way you feel & support you for the rest of your life journey.

I love to feed people both figuratively & literally. Functional Nutrition and Soul Medicine are important modules in any stage of achieving wellness. I help you uncover root causes of health/soul challenges & support positive lifestyle changes, bridging the gap between Western Medicine & Ancient Wisdom.

I am an Artist and Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner. I offer unique workshops and one-on-one sessions that merge artistic expression with mindfulness, promoting self-discovery through creativity.

I joined Edenology in 2023 and have found an abundance of love, support and a heart for our community. I have always felt drawn to the arts, since a very young age. Regardless of the medium, I feel deeply connected to figuring out the meaning behind every art piece. As an adult, I struggled with varying hardships and insecurities trying to figure out who I am.

I found the answers I was seeking, in large part, through art and the creative process. Art made such a positive impact on my healing journey that I knew I had to create a way to make that experience accessible to everyone.

MASSAGE THERAPIST | L.E.S. PRACTITIONER

Hello my name is Connor! I moved to Colorado Springs in search of a holistic community I could heal and grow with and found it here at Edenology. I started my healing journey about ten years ago, studying many schools of thought in psychology and theology. I eventually found Yoga and fell in love, not only with the physical aspects but with the immense depth of spiritual knowledge yoga has to offer.

In 2018 I completed my 200 Yoga Teacher training in Hilton Head South Carolina. I began my musical journey around the same time, with dreams and manifestations of creating my own music. I would later go on to study over 1600 hours of massage training across 3 school across the country.

I started my own massage practice through my business Mountain Embrace Wellness in conjunction with Edenology. My massage offerings include, light, sound and aroma therapy. Relaxation is my specialty but I am very adept at clinical massages, targeting specific muscle release, brining the body into greater alignment.

My goal in life is to share the modality’s that have brought me so much relief to the community’s that I am a part of, through massage, yoga, meditation coaching and music. Hi! My name is Coady and I am the owner of Let Your Soulshine! I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Photographer. I offer Reiki and Sound Healing sessions, teach all levels of Reiki certification, lead art classes that include the utilization of crystals, and other workshop style healing technique classes at EDENOLOGY.

I believe that we all possess the power to heal ourselves. I find immense joy in teaching others how to harness that power within themselves to deeply heal and grow. As a Certified Complimentary Health Care Practitioner (CHCP) and shaman, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others through deep healing and self-empowerment. My purpose is to help individuals heal from trauma, awaken their inner strength, and reclaim the power they never knew they had.

My journey with plant medicine has been one of profound discovery, expanding my awareness and deepening my understanding of the world. Over the years, I have explored various plant medicines and studied the works of pioneers like Terrence McKenna and Tim Leary, as well as the teachings of Ram Dass and Alan Watts. I have also faced personal challenges with substance dependencies. After a period of sobriety and self-improvement through yoga and mindfulness, I reintroduced plant medicine with intention, starting with psilocybin to address deeper traumas.

In addition to my plant medicine work, I have developed a deep connection to music and yoga therapy, both of which I incorporate into plant medicine ceremonies. As a musician, I play live music to support the healing process during these ceremonies, creating a soundscape that complements the journey. I also incorporate holistic yoga practices, helping participants align their bodies, minds, and spirits for a more profound and integrative experience.

The legalization of plant medicine in Colorado further empowered my exploration, including my safe extraction of DMT after extensive research. Now, I am dedicated to helping others navigate and integrate their plant medicine experiences, ensuring they do so safely, mindfully, and meaningfully.

REIKI - MYCOLOGY - SOUL RETRIEVAL

My name is Teresa Schwinghamer, a first generation Filipino immigrant and USAF Veteran. There was a time when I was in a very dark place, and when I was hanging by a thread and nothing could convince me to stay alive, psychedelics came into my life. My healing journey began with LSD and cannabis. However, what really drove me into the deeper depths of my healing was psilocybin. From there, I became acquainted with other plant medicine spirits, as I have always aimed to evolve into a better version, and will continue to do so, not just for myself, but for the collective. Since then, I have been perennially forming a deeper bond with each plant medicines I became familiar with, expanding the horizons I allow them to take me to, in my healing process.

Because of my deep gratitude for giving me a new lease in life, I have wanted nothing more than to help others in their healing journey as well, because I believe that each and everyone has the ability to learn, grow, and expand, and that they deserve a chance to happiness and living life to the fullest. But this healing path does not have to be travelled alone; after all, we are all "walking each other home".

This then lead me to become involved in the early-on policy reform for Plant Medicines in Colorado and social justice work tied to it, to ensure there is equity and reciprocity in the community. I became one of the co-creators of BIPOC Psychedelic, and hoped to not only bring awareness and education to the community regarding these monumental medicines that can aid in the healing journey and all around wellness, but also to be a beacon and hold a safe space for BIPOC. I aim to recenter the attention to the Indigenous Practices and the sacredness of various entheogenic plants and fungi, to honor their originating roots, move in the direction of reciprocity, and to bridge the gap, still honoring the ancient wisdom, while integrating the new ways plant medicine healing has been shifting into.

Because of what I have witnessed during the legislation process and knowing the potential mistreatment of plant medicines, I felt the need to go back to school to become a Psychedelic Therapist with a focus on Humanistic and Transpersonal modalities, and establish a practice that will ensure that it will be all about community healing. As I have been going through the learnings of Western teachings, I felt the nudges to delve into my spiritual practice, and to tap into my roots, leading me into my "Babaylan" walkabout. They say that when you are ready, the teachers and opportunities will find you. Needless to say, I have found myself mastering numerous spiritual and holistic modalities that have allowed me to support others in their journeys, whether it was during a plant medicine experience or outside of it. I have always been a nurturer and holding space for others came so naturally to me. I have always found joy in witnessing other people remembering who they truly are, transmuting old narratives or difficulties, and finding the power they have always held within them.

Ultimately, I will show up to be a safe container in compassion, and hold the lamp in the dark, for anyone, as they are trying to navigate through the thick of the forest. I will serve as their support with love and light, so they can work through what is needed to be worked through, and heal their parts, with the aid of our comrades, the plant medicine spirits, because as Maria Sabina said, "You (We) are the medicine."

I am proud to be a part of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC Sports Medicine team. I have also worked with some Olympic athletes and pro marathon runners in the past. I love being a part of the athletes journey and keeping them in peak shape.
